"The 500 Most Influential Muslims" & Ahlussunnatth wal Jama scholars

This report is compiled by the Royal Aal al-Bayt Institute for Islamic Thought, an international Islamic non-governmental, independent institute headquartered in Jordan and issued annually in cooperation with Prince Al-Waleed Bin Talal Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding at Georgetown University in the United States.

Alhamdulillah, in that ranking, the majority of the top 50 out of 500 are Sunni Muslims (Ahlus Sunnah Wal Jamaah) or called Traditional Muslims.

Even though these Shia, Wahabi, Ibadi misguided groups working hard to propagate their ideology, Alhamdulillah ALLAH still protects his religion with these righteous Islamic scholars and Muslims.

The below mentioned hadith clearly indicates that :
"Hazrat Mu’awiyah (RadhiAllahu Anhu) stood among us and said: Beware! The Messenger of Allah Sallallahu Alaihi wasallam stood among us and said: Beware! before the "people of the Book" were split up into seventy-two sects, and this community (Muslims) will be split into seventy three: seventy-two of them will go to Hell and one of them will go to Paradise, and it is the MAJORITY GROUP"
